Cambridge provides a full set of operations support for our clients. Cambridge teams perform 24x7 operations and maintenance of communication and broadcast systems for our national security clients in the United States and OCONUS. Our teams provide turnkey operations for critical communication systems and handle all elements of facility operations and maintenance. This includes all levels of corrective, preventive and demand maintenance for site components, subsystems and assemblies; tower and antenna structural integrity compliance; support of power distribution, water supply and HVAC systems; a full environmental compliance program; and complete physical security and emergency response systems. We have independently sustained and operated terrestrial communication sites as large as 400 acres. In other instances, our operations are co-located and integrated with other homeland and national security entities to ensure the necessary operational availability of networks and information-sharing requirements.

North Dakota
Low Frequency Fixed Submarine Broadcast System

Responsible for complete operations and maintenance of the Very Low Frequency (LF) Fixed Submarine Broadcast System (FSBS) at LaMoure, North Dakota. Operations are 24x7 365 days per year. Prime contractor responsible for O&M of all facilities, equipment, and grounds including electronic equipment signal distribution frames, power distribution systems, emergency power generators and battery systems, electrical power and lighting systems, protection systems, alarm systems, electrical power switching equipment, electrical power sub-stations. DET LaMoure plays an important role as a test site for the solid state amplifier program and as a swing site for other transmitters in the Atlantic and Pacific AORs.

Puerto Rico
High Frequency Global Communications Systems

Cambridge provides organizational maintenance support for the High Frequency Global Communication System (HFGCS) Puerto Rico Station (PRS), which encompasses the HF Receiver/Remote Control Site at Salinas, Puerto Rico and the HF Transmitter Site at Isabela, Puerto Rico. We perform complete critical infrastructure support for the 400+ acre campus in order to provide HF communications for multiple users 24 hours/day, 7 days per week, 365 days annually to achieve an operational availability rate of 98.5%. Cambridge also provides local Technical Control Facility interface for off-island customers/users of this primary communications system for Presidential and executive DOD support and National Command Authority.
